Exhibitor Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing.

• Before October 13, there will be a $30 processing fee for cancellations.
• After October 13 and before October 24, a 75% refund may be requested.
• After October 24, there will be no refunds granted.
• Refunds will be issued after December 1.

Participant Refund Policy

• After October 31, there will be no refunds granted.
• Refunds will be issued after December 1.
