This year, there are three different levels of sponsorship (see below for more details); all sponsors will receive:

Gold Sponsors: $950

An Electronic copy (TIFF, GIF, or JPG) must be forwarded to Julie Tuman no later than September 14. Inside front cover, inside back cover, and back cover will be assigned on a first-come basis. Hardcopies are NOT acceptable.

Registration Packet Inserts: $400

Your flyer or small brochure can be included in the registration packet, which will be given to all conference participants. If you are interested in this option, 400 copies must be received, by the hotel, between Oct. 16 and Oct. 19. Items not received within the specified days may be 1) rejected by the hotel, if early and 2) not included, if late.
