This year, Region XI will be offering multiple opportunities for sponsorship. All sponsors receive:
- Sponsor Ribbon
- Recognition in the Conference Program Guide
- Recognition via social media and NAFSA Region XI website
- Recognition on our All-Sponsor Welcome Poster
Karaoke: $500 (TAKEN)
Sponsor Karaoke Night and conference participants will have the opportunity to sing their hearts out on Tuesday night in “The Cave,” a prohibition-era speakeasy that fits roughly 150 people. Your logo will be featured on tables, and we would be happy to have a representative from your organization host/MC the event!
Pub Trivia: $500
Sponsor Trivia Night and conference participants will be able to test their wits and battle fellow colleagues on Wednesday night in “The Cave,” a prohibition-era speakeasy that fits roughly 150 people. Your logo will be featured on tables, and we would be happy to have a representative from your organization host/MC the event!
Contra Dancing: $900
Sponsor Contra Dancing and “line up” conference attendees to listen to folk music played by a live band and learn the line dancing steps in the grand dining room! Your logo will be featured on tables, and we would be happy to have a representative from your organization introduce the event!
Yoga (3 sessions): $500 (TAKEN)
Sponsor the two morning and one afternoon yoga sessions and say “Namaste” to conference attendees. Your company’s logo will be listed as the yoga sponsor on the program itinerary and will be displayed in and outside of the yoga room.
Display your company’s promotional materials on the dining hall tables, and your logo will be displayed at the entry doors.
Say “Good Morning” each day to conference attendees! This sponsorship opportunity allows your company to display its promotional materials at the Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts.
Coffee Breaks: $600
Sustain conference-goers with liquid fuel. This sponsorship allows you to sponsor three conference coffee breaks where your company’s logo will be displayed.
Internet and Conference App: $1,000
With your generosity, Region XI will be offering internet to all conference participants in all session rooms, in addition to the already-included WiFi available in individual guest rooms. Your logo will be featured on the Region XI Conference App’s splash screen (click link below to view example):
Conference Badges: $500

Registration Packet Inserts: $450
Your flyer or small brochure can be included in the registration packet, which will be given to all conference participants. If you are interested in this option, 400 copies must be received, by the hotel, between November 4 - 6, 2017. Items not received within the specified days may be 1) rejected by the hotel, if early 2) not included, if late. For tracking purposes, please email your shipment’s tracking number to our exhibitor coordinators at [email protected].
