Shipment of Materials and Packet Inserts

Packages should be scheduled to arrive between Saturday October 25th – Tuesday October 28th. Items arriving earlier than Saturday October 25th will be refused by the hotel. Please consult the Desmond Hotel’s policy regarding return shipment and unclaimed items by clicking here.

Exhibitor Set-Up

Exhibitor set-up will begin on Tuesday, October 28 between 3:00pm-7:00pm and the area will be officially open to registrants at 7:30pm that same evening.
