Rose Francois is Senior Director of Program at Enroot Education in Cambridge, Massachusetts. With more than 10 years of international education experience, Francois is passionate about higher education, intercultural relations, and the intersectionality of global experiences and self-efficacy. A believer in the importance of study abroad for underrepresented groups, she works to empower institutions to make global experiences accessible to everyone. Rose holds an MA in intercultural relations from Lesley University and is now pursuing a PhD in human development and learning. A native of Haiti, Francois speaks French and Haitian Creole and enjoys learning new languages. She will serve as the 2021 Chair for NAFSA’s Knowledge Community for International Student and Scholar Services (KC ISSS).
