With so many models for higher education, there cannot be one organizational model for the integration and advancement of internationalization that works for every campus. But there are questions whose answers will inform the decisions for every campus about how to organize structures, allocate resources, and create initiatives.

John Hudzik, Vice President for Global Engagement and Strategic Projects at Michigan State University, has shared his presentation to the 2009 Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) on this topic. He proposes questions, suggests assessment measures and indicators, and provides Michigan State University as a case study of this approach.
