NAFSA Publications eBooks are available for Android, Apple, and Kindle devices. You can access and read your eBooks on a smartphone, iPad, Kindle reader, and other supported devices.
NAFSA currently offers eBooks for the top-selling and newest titles in three different formats: Universal (Android), IOS (Apple), and Mobi (Kindle). Look for the eBook icon on a book's product page that indicates which formats are available and then click on the link to the product page for the format you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
Information About Each Format
Universal (Android): The universal eBook format works best in Android environments and with the free Readium (available through the Chrome Store) or Google Play Books (available through the Google Play Store) apps enabled.
IOS (Apple): The Apple eBook format is available for download with iBooks on your Mac or iPad, and with iTunes on your computer. NAFSA Apple eBooks can be read with iBooks on your Mac or iPad. Books with interactive features may work best on an iPad. Note that iBooks on your Mac requires OS X 10.9 or later.
Kindle (mobi): The Kindle (mobi) format is readable on all Kindle devices, and on non-Kindle devices that support the free Kindle reader applications available from the Android Market,Apple's App Store, or directly from Amazon, and on your PC or Mac using the free Kindle for PC or Kindle for Mac applications.
How to Locate NAFSA eBooks
To find NAFSA eBooks, visit the publication's product page and select the format of the eBook you wish to purchase.
NAFSA currently offers eBooks for five of its most popular books, as well as four best-selling booklet/brochures, and all new NAFSA books and select other publications will be released as both print books and eBooks.
You can search for eBooks in a number of ways.
- To see which print books are available in eBook format, look for the eBook icon at the end of the full description.
- To select an eBook version of a publication, click on the link to the product page for the format you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
How to Download a NAFSA eBook
After you have purchased your eBook, you will receive an e-mail message with your secure download link. You should receive it within a few minutes after your purchase.
You will need an internet connection for online reading and to download to your device for offline reading.
Note: You will have only 5 days and 3 attempts to download the eBook before the link expires.
