As an international student and scholar advisor at The University of Michigan, Kaitlin serves F and J status holders from over 130 countries. She takes a proactive approach to advising, intentionally offering challenge and support while being mindful of mental health and well-being.

Kaitlin holds a BA in intercultural communication and an MA in higher education student affairs. She has studied in Russian and New Zealand, chaired numerous sessions at the state, regional, and annual conferences, and served on the Michigan Association of International Educators Leadership Team. Prior to her role at UM, Kaitlin lived in Belgium where she worked with the Fulbright Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
