Awards and Leadership Recognition

 

NAFSA honors excellence in international education in many ways and at many levels. Areas of recognition include long-term service to NAFSA and the field, innovation, and collaboration. All members of the association are encouraged to participate in the awards process by submitting their nominations. To submit a nomination, select the desired award below and press the nomination button at the bottom of the page. All nominators of a national award for leadership will be entered into 5 random drawings for $100 off the 2017 Annual Conference Registration. Nominators of a selected national award for leadership award recipients (except the Rising Star Award) will receive a complimentary 2017 Annual Conference Registration.

The Advocate of the Year Award is an annual award presented at NAFSA Advocacy Day to recognize an international education advocate who has excelled in grassroots advocacy.
