- 95% refund provided written notification is received by email or postmarked by September 26, 2014
- 50% refund provided written notification is received by email or postmarked between September 27, 2014 and October 3, 2014.
- No refunds after October 3, 2014. In case of emergency/special situations (e.g. natural disasters) special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
