The University Relations Manager (URM) maintains a critical mass of North American students and interns at the Arava Institute. The URM will design and implement a comprehensive recruitment and university relations plan aimed at building a strong ongoing pipeline of university student and intern applicants for Arava.

This position is responsible for administration of a number of broad aspects of education abroad programming, including data management, compliance with multiple levels of university policies and other regulations, faculty led program coordination, as well as risk management and crisis response. The Assistant Director will report to the Director of Education Abroad.

This position is responsible for scheduling and monitoring the impact of all email marketing activities and providing project management for digital marketing and creative efforts. This role is responsible for relationship management for email automation and partner vendors as assigned, as well as insuring the timely distribution and analysis of email marketing campaigns.

This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the design, development, and execution of comprehensive fundraising and revenue-generating programs. The senior director plays a critical role in expanding NAFSA’s funding sources.
