Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual BASAA NAFSA Region XI/BASAA Conference. Please note that sponsorship registration, payment and ad copy must be submitted no later than April 19, 2013.

The cost of sponsorship this year is $100. Exhibitors will be located in Raytheon Amphitheatre in the Egan Center at Northeastern University.

Sponsorship Includes

• One individual conference registration
• One six-foot exhibitor table with two chairs for “International Opportunities Fair” (first-come, first-serve)
• Recognition as sponsor in conference program
• Verbal recognition as sponsor during conference
• Recognition on BASAA social media: www.facebook.com/basaastudyabroad

Advertising in the Conference Program

Please submit your materials via email to Zac Macinnes no later than April 19, 2013.

• Your organization’s preferred logo
• All files must be in TIFF, GIF or JPEG format
• Must be the correct side and camera readyv
• Please be sure that submitted ad artwork is print ready with bleed

Submitting Payment & Registration

Please print and fill out this form (70kb )to submit with payment. Checks should be made out to “NAFSA Region XI” and should include "BASAA Spring Conference" in the subject line.

All payment should be mailed to Amber Thatcher no later than Friday, April 19, 2013.
