The Desmond is thrilled to welcome NAFSA Regions X and XI for our Annual Conference.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The conference hotel is the Desmond Hotel. The conference room rates are $139.00 (plus tax) per night for reservations made by October 6, 2014, or when maximum capacity is reached. Hotel rooms are available at the conference rate from October 27-31, 2014.

NOTE: The Desmond is fully booked Tuesday, October 28 and limited available rooms Wednesday, October 29.

Overflow Hotel

Regions X and XI are happy to announce that rooms at a discounted conference rate are now available at the Holiday Inn Albany on Wolf Road. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY 24 hours a day.

When reserving a room please ask for the NAFSA block to get the discounted rate of $139.00 (plus tax) per night. All reservations will require a credit card or deposit equal to one (1) night's room and tax to guarantee the room. Rooms may be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. on the date of arrival with no penalty. 

Please note: this rate is available while rooms are available or until 3:00 p.m. on October 13, whichever comes first. The Holdiay Inn is approximately 1/4 miles form the conference site and will provide a free shuttle to and from The Desmond.
