Exhibitor Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation/refund may be made to Palisades via fax to 212-460-5460 or mail to:

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, September 15, 2014, and no refunds will be made for weather-related issues. Refunds received on or before the deadline will be mailed four to six weeks after the conference, less a $25 processing fee.

Participant Refund Policy

Refunds received on or before Monday, September 29, 2014 will be mailed four to six weeks after the conference, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, September 29, 2014, and no refunds will be made for weather-related issues.
