Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, annual conference attendees agree to the collection of contact and demographic information. This includes any information unique to the attendee that’s available in the individual’s NAFSA profile. NAFSA will share limited information (name, title, organization, state and country only) in the official attendee list, but will not share contact information without further consent.

NAFSA will build a photo and video library of the NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo. By attending, you grant consent for NAFSA to use any photographs and /or video produced that may include you individually or in groups. This includes use in print, online and all forms of electronic media both for reproduction and promotional use. In the event that we film and record your words, NAFSA will seek your express permission.

Conference credentials remain the property of NAFSA and may be revoked by NAFSA in its sole discretion if the credentials are deemed to be used fraudulently or if the holder is believed to be in violation of the Convention and Expo policies of professional, responsible, and safe conduct as deemed by the NAFSA’s management team.
