*During regular show hours, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under the age of 18 are permitted on the show floor during installation and dismantling hours.
**The Expo Hall will be open only to exhibitors with proper credentials during installation and dismantling hours. No children are allowed on the show floor during installation and dismantling hours. All exhibitors are required to wear closed-toe shoes when on the show floor during these times.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Exhibitors are required to submit payments and complete their exhibitor profiles within the booth management portal. Click the yellow “Manage Your Booth” button to access this portal.

| February 5, 2021 | Large pavilions submit a list of participating institutions for online interactive floor plan listing. |
| March 1, 2021 | Registration and housing opens |

Freeman Decorating Services Resources
Freeman Decorating Services is the official general services contractor for NAFSA 2021. Fully paid exhibitors will be sent the Freeman Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) in late February 2021 to plan their booth furnishing and set-up. Listed below are additional resources provided by Freeman to guide you through your exhibiting experience.
