Karli Webster became the Director of the Office of International Education at Marquette University in 2022 and was the Manager of Education Abroad prior to that, starting with Marquette University in 2014. Her main responsibilities focus on emergency response and risk management, as well as management of the Sibanye Cape Town program and oversight of Marquette's many varieties of education abroad options, including study, intern, service learning, volunteering, and research opportunities. She also oversees exchange student mobility and serves as an ARO. In previous roles, she was the Director of Study Abroad at Kansas State University and earlier a Program Manager in the Officer of International Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Karli holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in International Business and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Having worked in international education since 2004, Karli has presented at a variety of conferences, including NAFSA national, regional, and state conferences, and has been a member of NAFSA Trainer Corps since 2011.
