Celebrate the diversity of international students and scholars worldwide at this year’s NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference & Expo! NAFSA is currently collecting photographs and images that showcase multicultural engagement in communities and at institutions to be displayed during the International Education Celebration on opening day of NAFSA 2018 in Philadelphia and may also be displayed throughout the Annual Conference week.

These images will serve as a visual inspiration for all International Education Celebration attendees along with supporting our conference theme of “Diverse Voices Shared Commitment."

Terms and Conditions

By submitting photos or images to NAFSA, you grant NAFSA the non-exclusive right to use submitted photos or images to be displayed during the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference & Expo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Images submitted must be hi-res in quality (250 MB max) and in acceptable file format (.jpg. .png, .tiff, .eps). Selected images will be displayed during the International Education Celebration on large-screen television monitors. Images by also be displayed during the week of the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference & Expo. Images will be chosen and displayed in a format and order determined by NAFSA.

NAFSA reserves the right not to display any submitted images based on image quality, image content, or additional editorial guidelines for the event. NAFSA cannot guarantee that all images submitted will be used.

To submit images, you must own the rights to the images and have approval from anyone appearing in the images (especially children under the age of 18).

Do not submit your only copy of any image or photo as NAFSA will not return any images or photos submitted for inclusion after the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference & Expo ends.
