Hotel accommodations can be made at The Sagamore. Click on "Special Code", choosing Group/Block Code and then enter the Promo Code "NAFSA1019". All reservations must be received by The Sagamore no later than September 27, 2019. Should you require special assistance call the Reservations Department at 1-866-385-6221 and identify yourselves as being with NAFSA Association of International Educators, Region X. A credit card is required to confirm each reservation. A non-refundable $35.00 processing fee will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of the stay will be charged to this card 14 days prior to the arrival date. Should the reservation be cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the $35.00 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on the above arrival date your reservation will be cancelled and the amount collected will be forfeited at that time.
Please note, all individual reservations using a debit card during their stay will incur a per night pre-authorization “hold” on the credit card on file. Any incidental charges will be deducted from this amount and the authorization will be released within seven (7) days of departure.

NAFSA Region X is currently offering four workshops and Resume Review at the 2019 Region X Conference on Monday, October 28. Resume Review will take place Monday, October 28 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The 2019 Call for Session Proposals is now closed. The Region X Team will review all proposals submitted and decisions on session proposals will be communicated by mid-August. The Chairperson of your proposed session will be notified in August with decisions.
