Anastasia Fynn

Anastasia Fynn, MBA is the director of international student and scholar services at the University of Utah. Anastasia previously worked as director of international student and scholar services at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and senior international student adviser at Virginia International University. She has also served as an international student adviser at Strayer University.

Anastasia is a NAFSA leader currently serving as the Regional Liaison Outreach Coordinator for the Knowledge Community for International Student and Scholar Services (KC ISSS) and previously served on the International Student and Scholar Regulatory Practice Committee (ISS RP) Exchange Visitor Program subcommittee. She has presented sessions at both the regional and annual conferences for NAFSA and has served as a session and poster reviewer. Anastasia has over 10 years of experience as an international educator and holds a BA in political science and English from the University of Ghana and an MBA in international business from Strayer University. She also serves on the board of the Florida Association of International Educators (FAIE) and is currently working on a second master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical in Human Security and Resilience.
