Jacqueline Girard Vogl, EdM

Jacqueline “Jackie” Girard Vogl has been a professional staff member at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh since 1990.  Since 2003, she has served as the senior international officer.  As such, she manages all functions within the college related to worldwide student mobility: international recruitment and admissions, international student services, and study away.  Jackie holds a BA in Classics from the College of the Holy Cross and an EdM in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University.
