Kwame Gayle is a graduate student at Worcester State University where he is working on his education specialist degree in educational leadership and administration with a focus on secondary education. Originally from Jamaica, he was previously an assistant director of admission at St. Mark’s School, and has taught both English, Spanish, and otherwise served as a cross-cultural ambassador in Jamaica, Japan, Myanmar, and the United States. He also served as a Princeton in Africa Fellow in Botswana where he taught history, geography, and theater. He received his MA in international training and education (ITEP), focusing on international education exchange, from American University, and his BA in anthropology, African studies, and American studies from Macalester College.
