Linda Gentile
Linda Gentile is the executive director of Carnegie Mellon University’s Office of International Education, which provides immigration advising to international students, faculty, and staff and supports study abroad. With more than 30 years in international education, she has been an active NAFSA member since early in her career and currently serves on the Current Issues Working Group. Her past NAFSA leadership roles include vice-chair of the International Student and Scholar Services Regulatory Practice committee, workshop dean for the “F-1 Student Advising for Beginners", and chair of the J-1 Regulations Task Force, as well as service at the regional level as a Government Regulations Advisory Committee (GRAC) representative, regional council representative, and regulatory trainer.
