Namiko Bagirimvano

Nami Bagirimvano is with the TOMODACHI Initiative in Tokyo, overseeing program development and stakeholder collaboration. With 15+ years of experience in International Education, Nami has held various roles in U.S. higher education, most recently as a director managing recruitment and support for sponsored international students. She has presented at state, regional, and national NAFSA conferences and currently serves as the Content Chair for the 2025 NAFSA Annual Conference. Nami's past volunteer roles include Japan SIG Co-Chair and Poster Chair for NAFSA's Annual Conference Committee.
