Rachel Hosler

Rachel Hosler is the associate dean of experiential learning and director for the Renacci center for civic engagement at Walsh University, where she leads the global learning, service learning and career center teams.  In her former role as the director of global learning, she doubled the number of students traveling abroad at Walsh University and expanded the locations for faculty led programming. She has presented at the annual and regional NAFSA International Educators conferences on the advising process in Education Abroad, with special focus on the development of students through the advising process. Rachel has held leadership roles on the North Canton Chamber board, Region VI NAFSA board, a NAFSA Academy graduate and is involved volunteer opportunities with her community that educate students about civic involvement. She has a BS in Middle Childhood Education, her MA in Counseling and Human Development and an EdD in Higher Education Leadership.
