Shaniqua Ingol

Shaniqua Ingol is a passionate higher education professional with focus on international education and diversity equity & inclusion. She enjoys planning engaging programs with her students and helping them find ways to utilize their voice to create change in their spaces. Shaniqua currently works at the Office of International Affairs at Ohio State University on the global engagement team and enjoys meeting with her students weekly to engage in discussion. She knows how to make anyone she encounters laugh, which makes her a joy to be around. Shaniqua was also featured in the 2019 edition of "Who's Who In Black Columbus" under the University Highlight, for her innovative programming with international students on campus.  Shaniqua aspires to bring about positive change by advocating for better inclusive representation in both the field of higher education and international education for members of the BIPOC community. In her spare time, she is an avid reader of books and works as a beauty influencer.
