Steven Mulligan

Steven Mulligan currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of North America for StudyPortals. He has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, focused on Strategic Enrollment Management and Recruitment. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chair-Elect for the International network for Professional Development of UPCEA and has been part of this International Network the last 3 years.

Steven received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bentley University and holds an MBA in International Business from Keller Graduate School. He is a strong believer of international and intercultural experiences for the benefit of Personal and Professional development; as well as, society at large. Steven has presented a numerous conferences over the years including NAFSA, UPCEA, NAGAP, AACSB/ICAM, WES, EUCEN, etc. Through education he wants to stimulate and help others to broaden their horizon.
