The Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General Office has issued a report with recommendations concerning US Citizenship and Immigration Services' (USCIS) Transformation effort. The report reviews challenges USCIS has faced in implementing a paperless electronic filing and adjudications system, and the steps USCIS has been taking to address those challenges. The DHS OIG also includes recommendations for USCIS, and the USCIS response to those recommendations.
