Using a structured process, participants apply their knowledge of federal regulations and collaborate with colleagues on a series of complex case studies built on current issues to connect facts to regulations and then present their decisions to other participants. The content is designed for experienced F-1 advisers who have at least 8-10 years of experience in the field.
