Guidelines for Ethical Practices in International Student Recruitment is a training guide for international education administrators seeking to improve the ethics of their recruitment practices.

Part 1 provides an overview of the topic from knowledgeable administrators and practitioners and includes guidelines to ethical practice, a review of common dilemmas, and ideas about how to marginalize unethical practices.

Part 2 provides additional information via detailed exercises and case studies. Chapters focus on different stakeholder groups. The guidance in this resource is based primarily on the NAFSA Statement of Ethical Principles.
