Booth Cost: $500 per booth. This is NAFSA’s actual cost per booth with our vendor. All the features and benefits that you can use in your virtual booth are included in the booth cost at no additional charge.
Booth payment does not include 2020 NAFSA eConnection registration. Separate registration for the 2020 NAFSA eConnection is required. The 2020 NAFSA eConnection will offer attendees a series of virtual learning sessions, access to special guest speakers, and additional programming during each of the 5 days of the program. Please visit the 2020 NAFSA eConnection for the complete schedule. NAFSA members can attend for free. Nonmembers for $199 per person. The nonmember $199 fee can also be applied as a discount toward NAFSA membership. Complete details will be listed on the registration page.
NAFSA will honor the Global Partner complimentary memberships. Separate information about 2020 NAFSA eConnection registration will be sent to all Global Partners.
Global Partners will receive priority placement for their booths.
Global Partners will receive additional online recognition in the Showcase.
Exhibitors at the NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida will not be able to apply any of their rollover credits to the 2020 NAFSA eConnection Showcase.
