Expo Floor Plan

NAFSA 2025 will convene at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. We encourage all exhibitors to review the 2025 Expo Floor Plan to identify their preferences for exhibit booth placement before logging in to purchase a booth.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of exhibit booth space must be in writing and postmarked by the cancellation deadline of March 14, 2025. Deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of the date of cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a liquidated damages payment of 75% of the total exhibit booth rental because of the difficulty of determining and proving NAFSA’s actual losses. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2025 (Eastern Daylight Time). No shows shall be treated as cancellations. Upon cancellation (including no shows), NAFSA has the right to resell the space and retain all revenue collected.
