Please complete the Invitation Letter Form to request an invitation letter to the NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida, May 26 - May 29, 2026. Upon clicking submit, your request will be sent to NAFSA staff for processing. All requests will be screened, but not all requests will be approved. Due to higher than normal requests, a response may be delayed. If approved, an invitation letter on official letterhead will be issued to you as a PDF document, and will be e-mailed to the address you provided.

Please check with your local U.S. consulate to allow sufficient time for visa processing. Your request for a letter of invitation to attend the NAFSA annual conference does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
