Adina Archer is an international educator with more than two decades of experience in higher education. Grounded in years of experience across international markets, enrollment management, and partnership building, she brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to international enrollment management. Adina holds advanced degrees in organizational sciences and is deeply interested in solving complex organizational challenges through an ethical, data-informed lens, with a strong commitment to access and emphasis on high-impact, sustainable solutions.

Adina serves as VCU’s Assistant Vice Provost for International Enrollment and has previously held senior leadership roles, including serving as Deputy Director of EducationUSA at the Institute of International Education and Assistant Provost for International Enrollment at George Washington University. Adina also currently serves as the past-chair of NAFSA’s International Enrollment Management Knowledge Community and is recognized for coaching and developing leaders and teams, managing organizational change, and strengthening organizational capacity during periods of growth and transformation.

Adina lives in Richmond, VA with her family and their two cats.
