Alejandro Cruzata Martinez, PhD
Alejandro Cruzata Martínez, Ph.D. in Pedagogical Sciences, is a distinguished professional in university management, research, and international cooperation. He currently serves as Rector of Señor de Sipán University in Chiclayo - Peru and is an active member of the international accreditation agencies for higher education. He has published over 50 academic and scientific papers with more than 100 citations, focusing on socio-emotional competencies, formative assessment, resilience, critical reading, educational technologies, and didactic strategies.
He has received recognitions such as a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Quantitative and Qualitative Research and Artificial Intelligence and is an international speaker in countries including Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru. He completed internships at HUAWEI CLOUD COMPASS (China) and Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico).
