Autumn Beechler Stebing is the Senior Advisor for Global Puzzles, LLC, where she focuses on consultative strategy, trainings, and partnerships that enhance international educators' intercultural and strategic competencies. Previously, Autumn served as the Director for Campus Partnerships with WorldStrides Higher Education, furthering strategic partnerships to make study abroad more accessible to all. The majority of Autumn's 15+ years of experience in international education were at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) where she spent over a decade leading a new study abroad office, embedding study abroad into the curriculum, and tripling study abroad participation. In addition to her professional roles, Autumn is an active volunteer leader and contributor to the field. She has served as Chair of the Education Abroad Knowledge Community (EAKC) and as a founding leader of the ISLRA MIG for NAFSA. She has presented on various topics and is the EAKC Rep to the 2026 Annual Conference Committee. While at CWRU, she served on the Executive Committee of the Global Engineering Education Exchange with IIE.  Autumn is a first-generation college student who holds a Master’s in Leadership in Higher Education from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Bowling Green State University--where she studied abroad three times.
