Bella Li

Kan "Bella" Li, EdD, is the associate director for international programs at the University of California - Irvine's Henry Samueli School of Engineering. With a strong background in international education and cross-border collaboration, she manages academic operations, student advising, and global partnerships. Li holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and has over 10 years of experience working with universities in the United States, China, and beyond. Her expertise lies in building sustainable academic programs, supporting international faculty and students, and creating inclusive, globally engaged learning environments.
