Catherine Saeki

Cat has served as an International Student Advisor at Howard University since February 2025. Prior to that, she spent over seven years at Tokyo International University in Japan, working across both education abroad and international student and scholar services. She holds a BA in French and Japanese from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and an MBA from GLOBIS University in Tokyo. A DC native, Cat is proud to be deeply engaged in the city’s vibrant international education community!
