David Brandt

David Brandt is the International Scholar Advisor at Portland State University. He is the Responsible Officer for the University's Exchange Visitor Program and manages all employment-based immigration cases. He has over 30 years experience in international student and scholar advising and has held various NAFSA leadership positions in Regions 1, 12 and national. David also volunteers in various civic engagement programs in Portland, Oregon.
