Emily Liu is the Director of International Admissions at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she leads international recruitment and admissions and collaborates across campus to support international student enrollment and success. With more than 25 years of experience in international education, she specializes in building strategic recruitment pipelines, strengthening global partnerships, and creating a cohesive, student-centered experience across admissions, marketing, and support teams. She holds an MBA from Northwood University in Michigan, which informs her strategic, data-driven approach to enrollment management and international initiatives.
