Evelyn Wang

Evelyn Wang is a Senior Compliance Adviser at Columbia University’s ISSO, where she supports F-1 and J-1 students through immigration advising, document issuance, and regulatory compliance. She manages SEVIS operations and leads strategic initiatives to improve workflows, communications, and service delivery for international students.

With over a decade in international education—including prior roles at FIT—Evelyn brings expertise in data systems, project management, and student support. She has also held leadership roles within NAFSA Region X, including Communications Manager and Conference Planner. A former international student herself, Evelyn is committed to fostering inclusive spaces and helping others navigate the complexities of global education with clarity and care
