Fara Sakho

Fara Sakho is Executive Vice President of BEM Africa. He has held senior executive leadership roles within multinational organizations across the telecommunications, consulting, and financial services sectors.

Before joining BEM Africa Group, he was Senior Manager, Human Resources for Sub-Saharan Africa at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, where he led strategic global recruitment initiatives. He also previously held the positions of Executive Director and Secretary General at a regional African investment bank, overseeing the institution’s digital transformation, support functions, and development strategy.
