Grant Chapman

Grant Chapman is the senior international officer at Kansas State University. He leads and manages the Office of International Programs (OIP), the university office for centralized international activities, initiatives and programs. Grant has oversight of the OIP units—education abroad, English language program, and international student and scholar services—as well as international partnerships, and international faculty collaboration and research. Grant publishes and presents on international higher education and international law.
