Jana Jaffa, EdD

Jana Jaffa, EdD, is the specialty programs and international career coach for the Smeal College of Business Career Center at Penn State University. She has traveled to over 15 countries (including a staff exchange in South Korea) and has been invited to present internationally in Spain, Ireland, Canada, and Greece. Her work focuses on the internationalization of higher education, institutional research, organizational culture, and student engagement. She serves on NAFSA's Teaching, Learning and Scholarship Knowledge Community subcommittee for research and scholarship and serves as a NAFSA Annual Conference Poster Fair organizer for international education research.
