Jay Bartletti

Jay Bartletti received his BA in Psychology and Latin American & Iberian Studies from UC Santa Barbara and his MA in International Education from The George Washington University. He has varied work experience in the corporate sector, higher education career services, and for the past fifteen years, institutional relations for ISA, GlobaLinks, TEAN and API. Jay works as the Vice President, University Relations for CA, AZ, UT, WY and CO for API and has held a NAFSA role as Chair of Region XII Southern District. He has extensive experience building partnerships with institutions throughout the west to help them achieve their strategic internationalization goals through creative solutions.
