Jessa Karki
Jessa Karki has been in the field of international education since 1992. She started as a Student Assistant in the School for International Studies in her second year of her undergraduate studies at Saint Michael’s College and fell in love with the field. She is currently the Associate Director, Comprehensive (Immigration) Advising in the Office of Global Services at Northeastern University. She has held positions in international education at Champlain College, Community College of Vermont, SUNY Plattsburgh, and Saint Michael’s College. She is a Designated School Official, and a former PDSO/RO/ARO. She has presented at various NAFSA Regional and National conferences. She is a former NAFSA National and Region XI Co-Chair for the One Person Office Member Interest Groups and NAFSA VT State Representative for Region XI. She is currently serving on Region XI GRAC (Government Regulations Advisory Committee) and was the Co-Chair for the 2024 Spring Immigration Workshop.
