Kodi Henderson

Kodi is an international education leader and education technology professional with more than seven years of experience advancing global mobility and student success initiatives. She currently serves as education product lead at Hanover CRM, where she develops technology solutions that support education abroad institutions and partners across the student lifecycle. Kodi previously served as assistant director of study abroad at Baylor University, where she led initiatives in program operations, student engagement, and access to global learning. She currently serves as chair of Texas International Monthly and is an active presenter in the field of international education. Kodi is pursuing an EdD at Murray State University, with research focused on education abroad and student outcomes.
