Kumiko Yabe Domingo

Kumiko Yabe-Domingo is Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Hawaii Tokai International College.  Before her current position, she worked as assistant professor at Tokai University International Education Center in April 2018 - March 2021 and Director of International Programs at Hawaii Tokai in April 2010 - March 2018.  She received her BA in American Literature at the University of the Ryukyus in Japan and MA in Theatre at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Being engaged with international education for 20+ years, she has been enjoying supporting international students.
