Linda Liu is an expert in international education and workforce development, with a distinguished career dedicated to expanding global access to higher education and empowering young professionals to launch careers worldwide.

Linda has built a career at championing opportunities that connect education, equity, and employability across borders. She began her professional journey at leading consulting firms such as Deloitte, before spearheading international education programs and partnerships at the College Board. Later, she directed global work-based learning and internship initiatives within study-abroad organizations, bridging the gap between academic learning and professional readiness on a global scale.

Today, Linda serves as a trusted advisor to international non-profits and companies focused on global education and workforce mobility, including NAFSA. She is also the Founder and CEO of LiftHER Career, an innovative career-launcher designed to help university graduates—including international students—successfully transition from education to employment, both locally and globally.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from the University of Chicago.
