Mariam El Aichaoui

Mariam El Aichaoui is Head of Career Center at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P), where she leads institution-building efforts at the intersection of employability, international mobility, experiential learning, and alumni engagement. Trained as a mechanical engineer, she brings a systems-engineering mindset to the design of education-to-work platforms, governance models, and workforce strategies. She is the founder of HACK the Future of Work, a platform that brings students into intergenerational dialogue on skills transformation, the future of education, and the future of work, positioning student agency at the center of workforce transformation debates. Her work focuses on how emerging market contexts can generate innovative, equitable, and globally relevant models for talent development and workforce readiness.
